What instrumentation really is !

This page might be considered bragging, but I believe that the points listed here are based more on fact than on wishful thinking. Of course, Instrumentation is far from finished, so some of these points are still more smoke than mirror and others are more "mission statement" than "core proficiency". Also, I'm still adding these as they occur to me so there's limited categorization below.

  1.  promote "mutual assured deduction" (or common understanding),
  2. increase efficient and effective productivity and
  3. leverage and re-purpose local human and natural (or at least post-industrially renewable) resources worldwide.
